Income Spy

The Income Spy allows you to quickly analyze rents and rent increases on a monthly basis for each tenant across the twenty year projection.  Because so many factors are based on income  (e.g. Leasing Commissions, Turnover Vacancy, etc.) it is critical to be able to fully understand rents and rent increases for each lease.  The Income Spy allows you to quickly review the income for each tenant.

To use the Income Spy, simply select Tools | Income Spy from the Toolbar.  In the Income Spy dialog box you can review the income for each tenant.  For any month where an increase in rent occurs, simply place the cursor over the cell and a brief explanation appears explaining the amount and type of increase.
