Properties Overview

Once you create a new Property, you simply work your way across the four tabs entering the data - Property Information, Financials, Income and Expenses.   After you have completed these four tabs, click on the Projections tabs and review the various reports available to you.   You will also find extensive help regarding the Projections and calculations within this help system.   To work through your financial modeling, you can bounce back and forth between the current projection on the Projections tab and any of the other data tabs.   As you change the data on these tabs the projection on the Projections tab is automatically updated.
